Delete your LEAP account

You can permanently delete your LEAP account in the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open LEAP and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then find the Account section.
  3. Select Delete Account, review the explanation, and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the Google or Apple email address used for your LEAP account. Apple users should use the private-relay address shown for LEAP if Hide My Email was used. We may reply for additional identity verification.

What deletion covers

We delete your Supabase authentication account, RevenueCat customer record, and account-linked PostHog analytics data. When deletion is completed in the app, LEAP also removes the local profile, workouts, progress, wellness check-ins, preferences, notifications, and widget data from that device. Email requests are verified and completed within 30 days. An emailed request cannot directly erase local-only data from an installed device; clear or uninstall LEAP on each device. Limited transaction, security, backup, support, or legal records may be retained only where required by law or for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

Subscriptions are not canceled automatically

Deleting your LEAP account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account to prevent future renewals.
