Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Leap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may modify these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. If you continue using Leap after changes become effective, you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the Services. You agree not to: • Use the Services for unlawful purposes • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access • Reverse engineer or interfere with the app, except where prohibited by law • Use the Services in a way that harms Leap, other users, or third parties

Leap is currently designed as a local-first app. Most usage data and settings are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and understanding that uninstalling or resetting app data may remove your saved information.

Leap may offer optional paid subscriptions or features. If enabled, subscriptions are billed through your platform account (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play), and subscription state may be processed via RevenueCat. Important billing terms: • Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by your app marketplace account terms • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled • You can manage or cancel in your Apple/Google subscription settings • Price changes may take effect at the next renewal period, as allowed by platform rules and law

The Services, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Leap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

Leap is for general fitness and wellness support only. It is not medical, mental health, or emergency service advice. Always seek qualified professional guidance for medical concerns. Do not ignore professional advice because of information in the app.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Leap's total liability for claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid Leap in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Vienna, Austria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
